Reservations & Payments
Reservations are confirmed once the required payment or deposit is received. Remaining balances are due according to the terms provided at booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms may vary based on the service, vehicle, event, and notice provided. Certain deposits and prepaid reservations may be non-refundable.
Waiting Time & Hourly Service
Complimentary waiting time may apply to certain reservations. Additional waiting time or service extending beyond the reserved period may result in additional charges.
Safety & Insurance
On Time Limo maintains commercial insurance for our transportation operations, including up to $1.5 million in liability coverage, subject to applicable policy terms, conditions, and limits.
Vehicle Care & No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, spills, bodily fluids, or damage caused during service.
Schedule & Itinerary Changes
Changes to pickup times, destinations, stops, or itineraries are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Delays & Vehicle Availability
Traffic, weather, road closures, flight disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect service. When necessary, a comparable or upgraded vehicle may be substituted based on availability.
